Slat conveyor
The slat conveyor is a relatively low investment technology being widely used in body-in-white shop and final assembly shop. The complete system is installed in the pit, consisting of drive station, tension station, rails, slat chains with plates, and steel construction. According to the process requirement, the slat conveyor can be constructed in single wide slat or double slats. The assembly parts can be transported in slat conveyor with the supporting fixtures installed on the slats or the vehicles directly on the slats with wheels.
